We return, once again, to the dynamics of systems: an orchestra,
for example, is so much more than the sum of its musical instrument
parts. What makes it so special to listen to a symphony at the Paris
Philharmonic, for example, or to be speechless watching Springsteen
fronting his band in a live concert, is the leader.

My work has equally been inspired by, for example, a
Georgia O’Keeffe exhibition and the Adele concert in Paris.
In all such situations, the magic has been created by the
curator, producer, conductor or leader. What I offer you –
as a coach or a consultant – is both support and challenge
so as to create that magic.
